Powerful Communication

What makes for the most powerful communication?
Of course, everything we do is a communication. From the way we rise in the morning to the sex we have to the interactions that fill our days. Your existence is a communication to the world. And yet most of our exchanges, including those which are most important...to our lovers, our friends, our children, are unconscious or habitual.
This meetup will explore our ways of communicating from all levels, verbal, non-verbal, energetic, spiritual and subtle body.

In doing so, we will approach from a meditative and yogic place.
• What happens to our communication when spirit is fully included in what we push out to the world?
• From where in our bodies are we communicating (our navels, hearts, minds?) and to what part of the receivers bodies? And what difference does it make in the communication?
• How are we listening to our own communications and those of our fellows? Are we using one ear? Both? Are we planning our response rather than really feeling into what is being said?

The intention is for all men to leave more deeply and fully able to express their truths to their peers, friends, their women and the world.

Doors will close at 12:30 so out of respect to the other men, arrive early!!
The entrance is in the back of the building thru the alley. Come upstairs. There is parking in back thru the alley. Or on the street!

There is a $20 donation for the group…100% of which goes to Youth Charity Causes.

Our Mission:

  1. To challenge and support one another by a quality of masculinity that is deep, honest and safe.
  2. To deepen your masculine core and step fully into the man you envision yourself to be.
  3. To define and clarify each man’s purpose in the world.
  4. To share our best tools and exercises from David Deida work, Justin Sterling, Qi-Gong, Mankind Project, Kundalini Yoga and other masculine spiritual traditions.
  5. To learn practices that allows us to lovingly penetrate our women, our work and the world.
  6. To challenge each other to break through the closures of mind and body that limit the fullest expression of our love.
  7. To share this work with as many men as possible and inspire them to lead the lives of their dreams.
