Rest & Restore: A Sound Healing Journey

Vibe Wellness and Sound Healing in collaboration with Nature's Helping Hands presents Rest and Restore: A Sound Healing Journey on Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22. Both events begin at 6pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and if you wish, an eye mask to enhance your experience.

Please join us for a calming sound healing and meditation experience designed to help you release tension, reset your mind, and connect with a deeper sense of calm. Allow yourself to unwind as the soothing sounds guide you into a state of relaxation, helping to clear your energy, ease stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

The event location is Nature's Helping Hand located at 4788 Grand Haven Road, Norton Shores, MI 49441.
