FREE Social: Short Riverside Hike & The Cunning Man Pub

Heading out from The Cunning Man, we’ll kick things off with a sociable circular walk through some truly beautiful riverside scenery.
This is a great chance to meet like-minded people, have a chat, and enjoy being outdoors. The route takes us through a stunning long linear park, with a lovely mix of open green space, trees, and peaceful water views. Expect fresh air, easy-going conversation, and a friendly group vibe throughout.
We’ll then loop back along the River Kennet, following tranquil waterside paths before returning to the pub, where we can unwind together with a well-earned drink.

The organiser will meet everyone outside the pub before we head off.

Parking
The pub is happy for us to use their car park as long as you’re planning to return for a drink afterwards 😊
Just make sure you check your number plate in on the tablet at the bar when you arrive.

There’s no set finish time, but the walk itself should take around 2–2.5 hours, with plenty of time to relax and socialise at the pub afterwards.
