Big Bear Off Leash (Weather Permitting)

Why? You know your dogs want it! Our next organized meetup walk will be at Big Bear park on Sunday February 3rd @ 2:00 p.m. Don't worry about the name as I'm pretty sure there are no big bears around (maybe some rabbits and a few squirrels). It's a nice park with hills and valleys, lots of trees and has a creek running through it that is frozen over this time of year. There are a couple of small hills, so ice pics might be good to bring if you have them, just in case it is slippery.

I'm excited, as I'm going to bring my six month old puppy Samantha for her first meetup group walk. We'll see how she does.

To get to Big Bear Park, on the South side of the river, get on 111th Street and go East on 19th Avenue. Then go South on 109th Street; and I know this sounds strange but you turn right (West) again on 109th Street. At the end of the block you'll see a picnic table on the right hand side. I'll be set up there. There is street parking. Don't look at the google map posted as it never seems correct. If you follow my directions, you should be o.k.
