The 2011 Lighted Boat Parade, hosted by the Santa Cruz Yacht Club and the Santa Cruz Port District. Second Harvest Food Bank will collect nonperishable food items, if you want to donate.
FROM San Jose and the Bay Area:
Take Highway 880 South to 17 South to Santa Cruz Take Ocean Street exit all the way to end Turn left on East Cliff Drive Continue on Murray Turn right on Lake Avenue to the end The Crow's Nest is near The Beach at The Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor.
Faith will try to reserve a table, with a view, at the Crows Nest. Probably on the second floor.
Boats that are decorated with Christmas Lights will motor their way through the harbor starting at 5:30. The parade will last for around an hour and a half.
