The NEW and IMPROVED Whinot? Garden Permablitz Extravaganza!

Now's your opportunity to help out Lynda, who has done SO much for this now-flourishing local organic gardening/permaculture community! Let's help her get set up in her new digs...Whinot?

Lynda's wish/want list for the permablitz:

i am looking for edging, mulch, seaweed, leaves (ideally mown once), compost, worm dirt, maybe a bale of coastal hay for the pathways, cardboard, 1 gallon pots, bamboo for cages, supports for vertical gardening and shade. (the goal is to teach gardeners how to grow edibles in spaces that you may rent... as more and more of us are getting out of owned and homes.)

some moringa tree starts. about 6 about 3' tall would be fantastic, they have to go n containers, because i'm not allowed to plant trees directly into the ground yet... i have to show them i know what i'm doing and i can accomplish this and stay within their guidelines here at the village...

(Please see comments below for parts 2 and 3)

WE gather at various community garden projects in North Pinellas to share information, ideas, seeds, plants, fun, food, music, labor and laughter...

Have fun becoming independent of peak oil and transportation for our food... develop community with like minded people and work together to teach others and learn together...;0)

Our FIRST SUNDAY events will host seed/plant swaps, organize seed banks at local libraries, and tours of local permaculture and organic edible landscapes! This is the place to sign up for a 'Permablitz'--participate in local edible landscaping projects and register to host your own
