Using Data Science to Improve Mobility in A2

Details
Let's discuss how we can use data science to improve urban transportation in and around Ann Arbor, and outside of Michigan.
The Reinventing Urban Transportation and Mobility (RITMO) (https://ritmo.engin.umich.edu/) project focuses on the use of data science and optimization to transform mobility, accessibility, and urban planning. Prof. Pascal Van Hentenryck (https://pascalvanhentenryck.engin.umich.edu/) from UM and Curt Wolf will describe recent progress in designing and optimizing on-demand multimodal transit systems and the deployment plan for the UM campus. The proposed transit systems address the infamous first/last mile, congestion, and urban sprawl.
If you have an interest in how data science can help improve our transportation systems, how this affects new models of mobility, or how we can improve transportation around Ann Arbor, please join us.
