This is usually the month where I welcome everyone back, but we've been going strong all summer! πŸ‘Š On September 19, you'll get to hear pitches from this summer's Desai Accelerator (http://desaiaccelerator.umich.edu/) cohort. Learn from Ann Arbor startup founders and meet some of the most creative entrepreneurs in Michigan at #a2newtech (https://twitter.com/search?q=a2newtech).

Grab a seat early. We'll kick it off at 6:30 PM.

September 2017 pitches:

Desai Accelerator (http://desaiaccelerator.umich.edu/) - Angela Kujava, Managing Director, will give an overview of how the program helps entrepreneurs through investment, mentorship, resources, and physical space in downtown Ann Arbor.

Find Your Ditto (https://www.findyourditto.com/) - Parisa Soraya - Developing a mobile platform that connects people with the same chronic illness for on-demand, in-person peer support.

Gwydion (https://gwydion.co/) - Duncan Abbot - Producing advanced virtual reality and augmented reality software for post-secondary research and education.

TwoScoreTwo (http://twoscoretwo.com/) - Sam Savant - An enterprise blockchain technology company with products for secure data storage and transfer, payments and money transfer, and unhackable identity & access management.

Ascape Audio (https://ascapeaudio.com/) - Paul Schrems - Making audio products that bring music to your ears, no strings attached.

All slots are filled for this month. Interested in pitching later this year? Email organizers@a2newtech.org. We've got a few slots open in November.

Join us at Pizza House at 8 PM after the pitches and enjoy a few slices for free thanks to Ann Arbor SPARK. πŸ• Economic Development requires collaboration, and Ann Arbor SPARK (http://www.annarborusa.org/) is committed to bringing together organizations and individuals to support the growth of companies and the creation of jobs.

Our monthly meeting format: Five presenters this month take the stage for ten minutes each, five minutes to demo and five minutes to answer questions, followed by open announcements and community networking.
