Our meetings begin in June on 4 Saturday mornings
from 9am-noon, Mountain Time, USA.

  • All classes are via Zoom, they are virtual.

    Introduction to the Change Triangle; Understanding Defenses; Cost and Benefits of Defenses
  • June 8
    Understanding Anxiety and Using it to Signal and Validate Core Emotions; Shame and Guilt – Differentiating and soothing
  • June 15
    Core Emotions and Being with Sadness; Core Anger and Anger’s Purpose
  • June 22
    Expansive Emotions; Openhearted State/Working the Triangle

Resource Material:

  • I highly recommend you read Hilary's book, It's Not Always Depression.
  • I will send the suggested reading assignments with the Zoom link.
