This is a gentle, restorative yoga class where we will create a sacred space for us to release the physical, mental and emotional aches. ๐ง
We will focus on poses that soothe the abdomen and relax the uterus, as well as reducing cramping and lower back pain.
We will also practice breathing techniques that release tensions and calm the mind. ๐
This is also a great class for you if you are in need of deep relaxation or just wanted to escape from the outside life for an hour or so! ๐ฎ
Wear comfortable clothes.
Mats are provided.
There will be essential oils, chocolate, and oracle cards, perfect to nourish body and mind.
