Group Run

The mission district run crew go running every week at 7 PM on Wednesdays. They start just south of downtown, in the mission neighborhood, at the tech shop. The run is typically 5 - 10 km and there is usually both a slow group and a fast group. Age ranges is 20's and 30's mostly.

I don't organize these runs, but take part in them. It is organized by the Tech Shop , and the route is typically posted a day before, or the day of the run on facebook. You can also see previous routes on the facebook page.

People typically go out for a beer afterward too. See the link below for the Facebook page, and hope to see people come out.
