About RenewMaterial

Wang De Shan founded RenewMaterial after witnessing the great harm caused to the environment by the burning of straw. He saw the possibilities to turn this waste into a new material. Back in Singapore, he started an in-depth investigation and determined to use straw, and other agricultural and forestry waste for his project.

"RenewMaterial Straw-based Wood Alternative” programme, introduces a safe and premium green product that satisfies the growing global demand for lumber while reducing overlogging and air pollution. Made from up to 95% agricultural fibers with no formaldehyde additive, RenewMaterial brings to you a formaldehyde-free material with a high density, moist resistant, fire-retardant properties. RenewMaterial boards can be customized for different textures and colors, making it ideal for furniture, flooring, wall tiles, decorative panels, and virtually everything from ceiling to floor, from wall to wall.
