Meet in Studio E at Liv' Art Dance Studio in North Hollywood. Wear clothes you can move in for dancing - what you wear to the gym will work great! Sneakers tend to be great footwear, and bring a bottle of water for hydration.
We will go over the basics of rhythm and dance in this class! The class is geared towards beginner level adults that want to join the fun on the dance floor! No experience necessary.
The format of the class is lead/follow, I will be at the front and teach a new movement, we will repeat it together as a class, then we will do it to music. As we progress we also create short combos of movements to show you that you, yes you, can dance too!
