Have you ever been so excited that you can actually feel little jolts of electricity shooting across your body? Because that's how I feel right now.

It's partly because I did just have a jolt of electricity zapped into my body. I caught myself biting my nails and used my Pavlok to administer a little self-shock.

But it's also because Maneesh Sethi will be leading our next Chicago Biohacking Meetup!

Maneesh is awesome.

He was an early Digital Nomad (before it became so popular), he's hacked his way into becoming a famous DJ in Berlin (in only 90 days), he's founded an NGO in India, he's published four books, he's worked with Tim Ferriss to market the 4-Hour Chef, he's spoken at SXSW about life automation and at the Bulletproof Conference about habit development, and now he's spent the last few years creating Pavlok, the first wearable that helps you break bad habits in only a few days.

Pavlok has been featured on Indiegogo (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/pavlok-breaks-bad-habits#/) (it beat its funding goal by 500%), is backed by the likes of Dave Asprey and Steve Kamb, and has been highlighted by almost every big media outlet.

And in a few days (on May 20th), you can watch Maneesh pitch Pavlok on Shark Tank!

I'm incredibly grateful that Maneesh is joining us this week. I have no doubts this will be an informative and fun talk.

-------

If you want to learn more about Maneesh before the event, read up on Pavlok (http://pavlok.com/hello.php), check his twitter (https://twitter.com/maneesh), and listen to his podcast on Bulletproof Radio (https://www.bulletproofexec.com/maneesh-sethi-hacking-habits-accountability-time-management-with-pavlok-158/).

Agenda for the call

30 minutes: Maneesh will share research, practical strategies, and his personal experience with breaking and creating habits.

30 minutes: open Q&A to ask Maneesh any questions. Ask him about Pavlok (http://pavlok.com/hello.php), about his experience on Shark Tank (http://sharktankblog.com/business/pavlok/), and about his extensive knowledge and experience with habits (https://www.bulletproofexec.com/heres-how-to-change-your-habits/). Ask him why he hired a girl to slap him in the face (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/10/18/maneesh-sethi-blogger-hires-craigslist-slapper-to-hit-him-unproductive_n_1980274.html). Ask him about his weekend with Richard Branson. Or about that time he bought an island. Needless to say, Maneesh is one of the most interesting people I've ever met. This Q&A could go in a lot of different directions.
