Meditation Circle at Espaço Compasso

What is meditation?
On this day, two meditation sessions with multiple techniques will be held so that you can experiment and feel which ones are the most suitable for you.
The first session will start at 11:00 until 13:00
The second session will start at 17:00 until 19:00
Join us for this event in a unique space, Espaço Compasso. Together we will create a "buddha field", where our energies will intertwine to create an aura of peace, joy and serenity.
Bring comfortable clothes and be ready to enjoy vegetarian food from Espaço Compasso (Cost €2.5-5)
