Black At Work: Addressing Microaggressions, Race-Based Trauma, & Biases at Work

McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services presents Black at Work: Addressing Microaggressions, Race-based Trauma, and Biases at Work. This interactive group webinar will discuss important topics about race, discrimination, trauma, and somatic experiences that people of the African diaspora face while at work.
This is a FREE Event but registration is required.

Event Rules:

1. To protect the sanctity and safety of this virtual space, only individuals of the African diaspora or that identify as a Black are invited to sign up for this event.
2. This event is open Black individuals of all genders, creeds, intersectional identities, etc.
3. Zoom trolls, Zoom bombing, disrespect, aggression, or negative behavior will NOT be tolerated in this space and will result in you being kicked out of the event and banned from the group.
4. This event does NOT allow outside promotions that are intended to prey on the population that will be in attendance for this event.
5. Be interactive! Contribute to the conversation ask questions and be present as we process and discuss a sensitive topic within the Black community.
