(1) Dr. Gesine von der Groeben, Lawyer and Partner, Beiten Burkhardt

Partner at the Frankfurt office of the international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. Her area of expertise comprises vernture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate as well as transformation law. She regularly advises German and international start-ups, founders, venture capital and other investors. Dr Gesine von der Groeben studied law at the University of Passau, Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (Spain), Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg and Columbia University New York (USA). She was admitted to the German Bar in 2006. Prior to joining BEITEN BURKHARDT in 2010, Dr Gesine von der Groeben has been working as lawyer at other leading law firms. Since 2012 she has been a Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT and Head of its Spanish Desk. Dr Gesine von der Groeben is recommended by Wirtschaftswoche as "top lawyer for mergers & acquisitions. (Wirtschafts Woche 2018)

(2) Dr. Nicole van Hoeck, Founder/Speaker/Coach, Academy 404

For nearly 10 years Dr. Nicole Van Hoeck carried out psychological and neuroscientific research on processes that involve creative thinking, decision making and growth through setbacks and failure. Her work appeared in top-tier journals like Frontiers in Human Neuroscience and NeuroImage. Today, she trains and consults individuals and companies on topics like leadership development, confidence boosting, innovative thinking, negotiation
