EXPLORE and EXPERIENCE the BENEFITS of LAUGHTER. There are SO MANY stressful issues in the world facing concerned Unitarians that we need to relieve excess stress for our own health. Carol Collins (a.k.a. Safari Bingo the clown) will discuss some methods to do this in her program.
Carol Collins, currently a resident of Gainesville, Va. has attended UUCF, participated in the Auction with her hedgehog a couple years as well as doing 2 shows in Candace Katz's Sunday school classes and enjoyed the UU retreat. Carol enjoys the inquisitive spirit at UUCF but also enjoys attending the Unity Church down the street! BA from SUNY New Paltz- Elem. Ed. and Sociology and MS from Brooklyn College Elem. Ed.and English as a Second Language ESOL Certified Laughter Leader -Workshop with World Laughter Tour 2009
Taught 6th grade 3 years -helped turn me into a "clown"!
39 years entertaining families as Bingo the magic clown & Holiday characters and now mainly as Safari Bingo doing a live animal magic show with hedgehog, racing hamsters in cars and a dancing doggy.
As Mrs. Claus, I have done several National tree lightings. As Bingo I have performed at 7 Easter Egg Rolls and at a congressional picnic gave Nancy Reagan a red nose . She wore it!)
