Lets head out to play badminton at MIT this time! Please bring your own racquets!
The duPoinT Court is open to public UPTIL 11 PM , NOT RESERVED FOR MEETUP GROUP ONLY. So you will have other players playing already over there. You need to buy a day pass to enter the courts. You can also use this day pass for other services offered by MIT. You can buy them online https://www.mitrecsports.com/join/day-and-temporary-passes/ or buy them at the reception.
The organizer will not be present at the location but you can drop in a message in the meetup chat to connect with others.
Important things to note!
- ID'S Required! They are needed to enter the courts. The courts are not reserved just for the meetup. They are open to anyone from the public who has a daypass.
- We have limited racquets and shuttles so would recommend to get your own racquets! There are some available for rent at the court as well.
- Expect to play doubles. Other members of the public will already be present, so just in an open slot. Be ready to quickly run and capture an open court. It can get busy at times
- How do I find you?
A: Go to the MIT Zesiger Sports and Fitness Center (see directions below), and ask for the badminton court.
5. RSVP, does not confirm entry . This event was created so that we could connect with other members of the meetup group and play! You will still have to pay at the court
