For those who missed it, the 7-part Betrayal Series: "The Autoimmune Disease Solution They're Not Telling You" will replay again beginning on Monday, November 14th at 6 p.m. PST. Each episode will air for 24 hours, and then the episode will be taken down to make room for the next. Over the next year, we'll watch a few of the 100+ full length interviews, but not the 7-part series (which provides a good overview of autoimmune conditions and how to achieve remission with changes to the diet and exercise). NOVEMBER MEETING SCHEDULE - (we meet all Mondays)

1st Monday (11/7), 7 p.m. - Support Meeting.

2nd Monday (11/14), 7 p.m. - Walk. Meet at Bellis Fair Mall in the commons area near the interior Target entrance. We walk on 2nd, 4th, and 5th Mondays year round.

3rd Monday (11/21), 7 p.m. - Education Meeting. Meet at Orchard Park 12-Seat Theater. We will view Mark Hyman, M.D.'s interview with Dale Bredesen, M.D., "The Future of Alzheimer’s Disease". Why is the presentation so important? All of his patients had hyperinsulinemia (i.e. high insulin levels which is present in untreated pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes). Dr. Bredesen has identified 54 contributors to cognitive decline - (hyperinsulinemia is one) - and reversed cognitive decline in 100+ patients using a functional medicine approach. Bellis Fair Mall - meet in the commons area near the interior Target entrance during the late Fall, Winter, and early Spring months. We walk the inside perimeter of the mall three times which is equal to 3 miles. Squalicum Boathouse at Zuanich Point Park - meet at Squalicum Boathouse during the late Spring, Summer, and early Fall months. We walk around the marina to the Bellwether and back. This time together is social. Dress for weather!

Directions to Squalicum Boathouse at Zuanich Point Park: From Roeder Avenue, turn onto Coho Way. At the 4-way stop sign, turn left onto N. Harbor Loop Drive and follow the road along the marina to the Squalicum Boathouse - (building is an event venue, adjacent to park, playground, and trails). Address is 2600 N. For our 3rd Monday Education Meeting at 7 p.m., we meet at Orchard Park's 12-Seat Theater to view a expert presentation, interview, or documentary.

Directions to Orchard Park: Located a block or so off of Meridian Street at 844 W. Orchard Drive, Bellingham. Exit I-5 onto Meridian Street. From I-5, drive south on Meridian Street for two blocks and turn left onto W. Orchard Drive. Orchard Park is located mid-block on your left. Park in parking lot on right side of building. Use sidewalk covered with long green awning to enter building and follow signs to the 12-seat theater.
