This month's topic will be on the historic town of Puebla, Mexico. In 1987, the city's historic colonial center was designated as a World Heritage site by Unesco. Please join us as we explore the vibrant, festive arts and crafts culture the city has to offer. We will use the New York Times travel section article written in March, 2008,36 Hours in Puebla, as a guide to view the colorful images and web links to local historic landmarks, cuisine, markets, places to stay and libations as we take a virtual weekend tour (7:00 to 9:00pm) of this remarkable and unforgettable place. I'll prepare a sample of Mole con Pollo as part of a culinary experience Puebla is famous for.
