What is Aunkai? Unlike older martial arts techniques, Aunkai does not pursue the learning of rigid sequences and movements. Rather, Aunkai is built on using posture, gravity and the targeted use of internal muscles to reach your full potential. So it's great for your fitness!
Aunkai is suitable for beginners as well as for people who have been practicing martial arts for a long time. It doesn't matter if you are a woman or a man. If you would like to discover a new perspective on martial arts or if you have not yet been able to decide on a martial art, our trial training is the right thing for you.
Join our Trial Training:
The trial training gives you the opportunity to get to know Aunkai.
You do not need any previous knowledge.
We meet at 18.30 o'clock in the dojo. We start between 18.45 and 19.00
If you don't have a gi, you can just bring a pair of training pants and a t-shirt. We will train barefoot.
What to expect:
At the beginning we will do some warm-up exercises and then slowly
and then slowly move on to the basic forms. The forms are based on balance, posture and body tension.
In the second part we apply the basic forms in partner training in slow
sparring. This is fun and you will be amazed at how you can without much effort your training partner off balance or even on the mat.
