Tapas Cooking Class at EATZ

Come join us for a cooking class at Eatz in Hollywood. We've been here a handful of times and LOVE it. You learn a ton of great cooking techniques and recipes, have endless wine/cocktails, and leave with a bunch of leftovers! The instructors are awesome and make the class a blast.

This class on June 8th is a Tapas class; list of items we'll cook below:

Chartucerie and Cheese Plate

• Roasted Red Peppers with Garlic and Fresh Basil
• Mushroom Salad with Pine Nuts and Caramelized Balsamic Vinegar
• Fried New Potatoes with Aioli
• Scallops Wrapped in Bacon with Pomegranate Sauce
• Tiny Meatballs with Smoky Bacon, Chipotle, and Lime
• Homemade Red Sangria to drink
