The San Diego Musical Theater a.k.a. SDMT is presenting RENT at the Birch North Park Theatre and we get 15% off tickets! I have never seen RENT and so I am extra excited about this show! I hope you can join me, Saturday, June 30 at 8:00 pm.
We will be meeting before the show at the West Coast Tavern, which adjoins the theatre in the space where the original lobby was. West Coast Tavern offers food, as well as drinks. I plan on being there with a MEETUP sign from 6:45 - 7:45 pm, before heading to my seat.
West Coast Tavern is located at 2895 University Ave., San Diego. Below is a link to their website. If you want to get there early for Happy Hour it is from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.

The most honored musical since A Chorus Line in 1976, RENT is only the fifth musical to ever win both the Pulitzer Prize and the Tony Award for Best Musical. Critics have called RENT the best thing that has happened to the Broadway musical in a long time!

SDMT is giving us 15% off any ticket we purchase with the meetup discount code. You and your guests can sit wherever you want and receive this discount. It is based on the hopes of at least ten people from our group making it to the show. Future discounts will be based on how many group members come to RENT. The more we have, the bigger the discount. If you are attending solo and want to sit with others in the group you can use the meetup page to post and arrange to buy tickets together.
I will be sitting in seat P7 if you want to try and get a seat near me, so we can be in the approximate vicinity. Feel free to come say hi before the show or during the intermission!

Ticket prices are all inclusive. No ticket fees if you pick them up at the box office. There is a $2 fee if you have them mailed to you.
Here are the steps to get tickets:

OK to split tickets? Select NO if you want all of your seats to be grouped together.

Select show date of Saturday, June 30 at 8:00 pm.

The last row of ticket options is for our group. Select what section of tickets you want by clicking A, B or C at the top of the columns. Section D is not an option with the discount, but if you want to save a dollar you can get section D. You just have to go back out and not enter our meetup code.

Choose delivery method. No charge for box office pick up.
