ABG Book Club is Too Booked! The club will be reading Zakiyah Dalila Harris' The Other Black Girl.
We've probably all been in a space where we were the only black girl (*side eye*). Perhaps even in that space, received a lot of access and praise, too. What happens when another black girl comes along? Especially in a competitive workplace setting. Does one become so threatened as to leave mystery notes?
That's what happens to Nella, or so it seems. Mmm mm, shady!
