Dandelion Wine and Fry

Ever wanna learn how to make wine? I'm sure you've heard about dandelion wine. Let's make some! I'll need each person to bring 1-2 quarts of dandelion flower heads and an empty wine bottle (1.75 ltrs). Together we will go through the processes of making wine AND we will make some dandelion fritters. Each participant will get to go home with a bottle of wine and instructions on fermentation and filtration. We will be sanitizing the bottles on site, but make sure they are thoroughly rinsed.
