Our Groundhog Day discussion!
Details
UPDATE: The version of the script posted below is Harold Ramis's second revision, technically the fourth version of the script. This is the third revision, the most up to date one I could find:

Released in 1993, Groundhog Day has quickly become a contemporary classic. It is #34 on AFI’s 100 Years … 100 Laughs (http://www.afi.com/100Years/laughs.aspx) list and #8 on AFI’s Top 10 Fantasy Films (http://www.afi.com/10top10/category.aspx?cat=6) list.

In 2006 the film was added to the United States National Film Registry, and screenwriters like Craig Mazin and comedy consultants like Steve Kaplan recommend it as a script that comedy writers should study.
We will be discussing the script in our last Tuesday of the month meeting this June. The script can be found here:
http://www.dailyscript.com/scripts/groundhogday.pdf
We will also discuss the writing submissions from some of our members. To get access to the submissions, you need to have attended at least one meeting and RSVP for the current one.
Hope you can join us!
