Initial Meetup - Upcoming Code Enforcement

Thinking about doing short-term rentals like Airbnb? Or are you are a current Airbnb host? In this meetup, we will be discussing pressing information about the future of our listings. We will be discussing a soon to be Airbnb crackdown by New Castle County. We will also be discussing experiences with neighbors calling and reporting us to the county. Please bring any violations from the county that you may have received. Also, please bring any correspondence from your short-term rental platform. Appetizers and refreshments will be served.
