Ölüdeniz, located on Turkey's southwestern Turquoise Coast near Fethiye, is a renowned beach resort famous for its stunning Blue Lagoon, a protected, tranquil nature reserve with crystal-clear, turquoise waters. As a premier paragliding destination, it offers dramatic views from Mount Babadağ, featuring a bustling, mile-long pebbly beach (Belcekız) and a lively resort area with restaurants and nightlife.

What to expect.
This adventure is a perfect mix of exhilarating hikes, sightseeing breathtaking landscapes, and immersive cultural experiences in coastal Southern Turkey.

This trip is for a wide range of abilities, so there will be 2-3 guides and an opportunity to go on the cable car ;).

HIGHLIGHTS

• The Blue Lagoon (Ölüdeniz): A protected national park renowned for its calm, warm waters, ideal for swimming and shallow water activities
• Hiking: Located near the start of the Lycian Way, a long-distance path
• Kayaköy (Ghost Village): Abandoned by Greeks
• Paragliding: Considered one of the best spots in the world for paragliding, with flights launching from the 1,960-meter Mount Babadağ, offering panoramic views of the coast
• Belcekız Beach: A popular, long pebble-and-sand beach adjacent to the lagoon, lined with a lively promenade filled with restaurants, bars, and shops
• Paradise Beach: A scenic linear coastal trek from Kabak along a popular alternative section of the Lycian Way
• Boat Trips: Daily boat trips are available from the beach, visiting nearby attractions such as Butterfly Valley, Camel Beach, Cold Water Bay, and St. Nicholas Island
• Saklıkent National Park, with its famous gorge and a waterfall
• Pinara Ancient City, 5th century BC
• Family-run Hotel with an authentic Turkish Bath (Hamam) and Spa

ACCOMMODATION
Our Home for the week is a family-run hotel situated in a tranquil setting, surrounded by countryside, yet conveniently located for the resort village of Ovacik, with shops and restaurants nearby. It has a swimming pool and luxurious, purpose-built Turkish Bath and Spa offering a wide range of professional massages and relaxing therapies.
You may indulge yourself with an authentic Turkish Bath (Hamam). The spa also has a massage room with experienced masseurs, private changing rooms, a Swedish pine sauna and an ornately tiled jacuzzi & shock shower.

You may choose other flights available; just make sure you are in time for the airport pickup at 14:15. Do not get any flights back to London earlier than 14:35 on 20.10. and 14:10 on 22.10.
There are cheaper flights if you arrive on the 13th or 14th of October; you can explore Dalaman city with the money saved on flights.
