Between the Hikes: Fishbourne and Sunset Overnight

This event is now closed, however many people are staying overnight to do both Sunday and Mondays hikes and have seeked there own accommodation for it.

DESCRIPTION
Please note: This event is accommodation only. It does not include either of the day hikes and are booked separately, see below.

If you're joining both the Sunday and Monday hikes or ether of the hikes, why not stay overnight with the group instead of travelling home or travelling on the Monday? This is all modular to pick and choose what to book onto. It'll be a relaxed evening with good company, food and drinks.

The Accommodation
We'll be staying at The Woolpack Inn, Fishbourne, a traditional country pub with comfortable rooms, a restaurant, pool table and bar. It's only a short walk from Fishbourne railway station, making it ideal for anyone travelling by train.

What's Included?

• One night's accommodation, twin share, same sex can't be guaranteed.
• Breakfast is included.
• Private bathroom, Garden view.
• A chance to socialise with fellow hikers over dinner and drinks (food and drinks purchased separately)

Pricing info

• Price is £150 pp.
• £135pp when 4 people book together In one booking in one payment.
• To make the event viable, I need a minimum of two participants. If only one person books, I’ll unfortunately have to provide a full refund. But the hikes will still be fine.

I’m organising a group trip:

• Accommodation is booked on behalf of the group;
• Everyone remains responsible for their own travel insurance, belongings and personal expenses.
• Participants will need their own standard travel insurance to attend (to cover cancellation due to illness, lost luggage, personal liability, medical expenses, travel disruption.
• I reserve the right to change room allocations if someone withdraws.
• I’ll try and match same sex rooms, but this can’t be guaranteed.

CANCELLING/REFUNDS
Payment is non-refundable. If you find you can no longer attend, you may sell your place to another member of AAA of the same gender, and arrange any money transactions privately.
