Surrey Hills, Tadworth, Headley Heath and Box Hill
Details
Join us for a gentle yet rewarding walk through some of Surrey’s finest woodland and open views. We’ll start along quiet lanes around Walton on the Hill and then move onto the sandy tracks of Headley Heath, with its heather, gorse and good views.
We’ll then climb slowly and steadily into Box Hill Country Park, where our effort will be rewarded with views across Mickleham Downs to the North, and a fine lookout over the Mole Valley to the South.
We’ll descend through cool, dense woodland to a welcoming village pub for optional drinks and/or food.
