Get ready to join this year's first meetup! We will come together to share knowledge and build connections with new resolutions and new "ourselves".

This time around Novicell has been so kind to host us at their office location in Aarhus.

You will see signs at the entrance and guiding you to the venue.

As always we'll have 2 great talks by 3 brilliant speakers.

Transport & parking:

Novicell is located at Søren Nymarks Vej 6, 8270 Højbjerg.

If you're arriving by car there are parking spaces available.

Going by public transport? Take the bus 4A, get off at Kjærslund/Søndervangs Allé and walk the last 550 m by foot.

Food & drinks:

Novicell has kindly offered to serve food and drinks, hip hip hurray!

Title: When will be the year of offline-first browser apps?

Abstract: An update from the distant planet of building offline-first apps for the browser. What possibilities do we have today and what needs to change?

Speaker: Thomas Ebert

Bio: Thomas is as a senior full stack developer who has worked on all kinds of web apps for the past years. Recently he’s been involved in building a B2B webapp where offline-support was a huge requirement.

Speakers: Mathias Oxholm & Martin Høite

Mathias Oxholm Bio: With six years of frontend development experience, specializing in React and Vue, Mathias combines technical prowess with a background in User Experience design. His passion lies in seamlessly merging design and functionality to create impactful digital experiences.

Martin Høite Bio: Martin is a seasoned frontend developer with over a decade of experience across various tech stacks, including ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC principles, a wide variety of CMS', lately centered around Vue, Nuxt and headless Umbraco. He prioritizes maintainable code and supports the growth of juniors, with a particular focus on enhancing both end-user UX through intuitive interfaces and developer UX through clear, maintainable code practices.
