LEAD PULSE SUMMIT | NEURO-Leadership Lab
Axis, Przy Rondzie 4, Kraków, PLLEAD PULSE SUMMIT
NEURO-Leadership Lab
Powered by ABBLeadership isn't just about the tools you use; it’s about the "hardware" you’re running. Most leaders are trying to manage 21st century complexity on an outdated biological operating system.
At this edition of LEAD SUMMIT, we bridge the gap between neuroscience and high-performance leadership. We’re moving beyond "soft skills" and into the mechanics of the brain. You will learn how to leverage neuroplasticity to rewrite limiting habits, how stress physically reshapes your decision-making, and how to design neuro-inclusive communication that unlocks the collective intelligence of your entire team.
It’s time to stop fighting your biology and start programming it for success. This space is for you if:
- You seek development that nurtures you as a person, not just as a manager - understanding your "Internal OS" is the key to sustainable growth.
- You value open, honest conversations about what truly matters in leadership and want to move past motivational fluff into real, science-backed solutions.
- You lead a diverse team and want to ensure every voice - and every thinking style - is heard and utilized to its full potential.
- You’re tired of falling back into old patterns and want to "hack" your brain’s neuroplasticity to create lasting, positive change.
The event is specifically aimed at middle and senior level leaders - individuals seeking to enhance their competencies in the field of modern leadership.
Agenda Highlights:
1. Lightning Speeches – Fresh perspectives from inspiring voicesArtur Surówka | ABB - Inside the Stressed Brain: A Leadership Neuroscience Guide
Effective leadership begins with understanding how stress reshapes the human brain. Stress is one of the most powerful factors influencing how our brain performs at work - shaping what we notice, how we decide, and how we interact. This session takes leaders inside the stressed brain to reveal the mechanisms that impact clarity, decision‑making, emotional regulation, and team behavior under pressure.
Participants will explore the brain’s survival hierarchy, including the amygdala, the HPA axis, and cortisol’s effects on attention, memory, and executive function. The session also explains how stress shifts the brain from analytical, flexible thinking toward habitual, reactive, or defensive patterns - and how mirror neurons drive team dynamics by reflecting not only leader-team but also peer‑to‑peer interactions, shaping collaboration, psychological safety, and overall performance. Leaders will leave with a concise neuroscience framework for understanding stress‑driven behavior, its origins, and applying this knowledge to guide teams with greater awareness, precision, and impact.Katarzyna Świerczek | Hey Leader, Unlock Your Potential – Upgrade Your Internal Operating System Through Neuroplasticity
Why is it that, despite access to cutting-edge tools and dozens of leadership trainings, we still tend to fall back into the same limiting patterns? Why does the promised state of "ease and efficiency" so often lose out to daily struggle and the feeling of being overwhelmed? The answer lies not in a lack of another skill, but in an outdated operating system of our brain.
We often try to build modern leadership on a foundation that simply cannot handle the imposed pace. Kasia, a Growth Mindset expert and certified Question Thinking coach, takes us behind the scenes of neuroscience to show how to consciously use neuroplasticity to "rewrite" our internal code. You will learn how, through psychocybernetics and Question Thinking, you can stop fighting your own defense mechanisms and switch to a mode of work where your effectiveness goes hand in hand with your energy. This is not a lecture on motivation – it is a manual for your biological processor, helping you rediscover the joy of action and truly unlock the potential of both yourself and your team.Aleksandra Biel| ABB - Different Brains, Better Results: Designing Communication for Neurodiverse Teams
Why do some voices consistently dominate conversations while others remain unheard, even in teams full of capable and creative people? Communication is where inclusion - or exclusion - actually happens. Meetings, feedback, and decision-making processes are often designed for one type of thinker: fast, verbal, and comfortable with ambiguity.
In this talk, we explore how different brains process information differently - and how small changes in communication practices can unlock participation, creativity, and performance across the whole team.
From meeting structures to information sharing, you will learn how to create conversations in neurodiverse teams where different thinking styles can participate fully.2. Panel discussion – Open dialogue on real leadership challenges
3. Networking – Connect with like-minded leadersOUR SPEAKERS AND PANELIST:
