LEAD PULSE SUMMIT | NEURO-Leadership Lab
Axis, Przy Rondzie 4, Kraków, PLLEAD PULSE SUMMIT
NEURO-Leadership Lab
Powered by ABBLeadership isn't just about the tools you use; it’s about the "hardware" you’re running. Most leaders are trying to manage 21st century complexity on an outdated biological operating system.
At this edition of LEAD SUMMIT, we bridge the gap between neuroscience and high-performance leadership. We’re moving beyond "soft skills" and into the mechanics of the brain. You will learn how to leverage neuroplasticity to rewrite limiting habits, how stress physically reshapes your decision-making, and how to design neuro-inclusive communication that unlocks the collective intelligence of your entire team.
It’s time to stop fighting your biology and start programming it for success. This space is for you if:
- You seek development that nurtures you as a person, not just as a manager - understanding your "Internal OS" is the key to sustainable growth.
- You value open, honest conversations about what truly matters in leadership and want to move past motivational fluff into real, science-backed solutions.
- You lead a diverse team and want to ensure every voice - and every thinking style - is heard and utilized to its full potential.
- You’re tired of falling back into old patterns and want to "hack" your brain’s neuroplasticity to create lasting, positive change.
The event is specifically aimed at middle and senior level leaders - individuals seeking to enhance their competencies in the field of modern leadership.
Agenda Highlights:
1. Lightning Speeches – Fresh perspectives from inspiring voicesArtur Surówka | ABB - Inside the Stressed Brain: A Leadership Neuroscience Guide
Effective leadership begins with understanding how stress reshapes the human brain. Stress is one of the most powerful factors influencing how our brain performs at work - shaping what we notice, how we decide, and how we interact. This session takes leaders inside the stressed brain to reveal the mechanisms that impact clarity, decision‑making, emotional regulation, and team behavior under pressure.
Participants will explore the brain’s survival hierarchy, including the amygdala, the HPA axis, and cortisol’s effects on attention, memory, and executive function. The session also explains how stress shifts the brain from analytical, flexible thinking toward habitual, reactive, or defensive patterns - and how mirror neurons drive team dynamics by reflecting not only leader-team but also peer‑to‑peer interactions, shaping collaboration, psychological safety, and overall performance. Leaders will leave with a concise neuroscience framework for understanding stress‑driven behavior, its origins, and applying this knowledge to guide teams with greater awareness, precision, and impact.Katarzyna Świerczek | Hey Leader, Unlock Your Potential – Upgrade Your Internal Operating System Through Neuroplasticity
Why is it that, despite access to cutting-edge tools and dozens of leadership trainings, we still tend to fall back into the same limiting patterns? Why does the promised state of "ease and efficiency" so often lose out to daily struggle and the feeling of being overwhelmed? The answer lies not in a lack of another skill, but in an outdated operating system of our brain.
We often try to build modern leadership on a foundation that simply cannot handle the imposed pace. Kasia, a Growth Mindset expert and certified Question Thinking coach, takes us behind the scenes of neuroscience to show how to consciously use neuroplasticity to "rewrite" our internal code. You will learn how, through psychocybernetics and Question Thinking, you can stop fighting your own defense mechanisms and switch to a mode of work where your effectiveness goes hand in hand with your energy. This is not a lecture on motivation – it is a manual for your biological processor, helping you rediscover the joy of action and truly unlock the potential of both yourself and your team.Aleksandra Biel| ABB - Different Brains, Better Results: Designing Communication for Neurodiverse Teams
Why do some voices consistently dominate conversations while others remain unheard, even in teams full of capable and creative people? Communication is where inclusion - or exclusion - actually happens. Meetings, feedback, and decision-making processes are often designed for one type of thinker: fast, verbal, and comfortable with ambiguity.
In this talk, we explore how different brains process information differently - and how small changes in communication practices can unlock participation, creativity, and performance across the whole team.
From meeting structures to information sharing, you will learn how to create conversations in neurodiverse teams where different thinking styles can participate fully.2. Panel discussion – Open dialogue on real leadership challenges

Human (Re)Value: Beyond Roles, Resources, and Robots
Axis, Przy Rondzie 4, Kraków, PLIn 2026, the professional world is facing a question we can no longer ignore: What remains of us when algorithms take over logic? For decades, we’ve been trained in the art of optimization, efficiency, and being the "best possible version of a resource." As a result, many of us have found ourselves trapped in corporate roles, treating our personal energy like an infinite line of credit and our professional growth as a mere checklist of certifications. But in a world dominated by AI and automation, being a "good robot" is the fastest way to become replaceable.
It’s time for a radical shift in perspective.
Human (Re)Value is a space where we trade spreadsheets for authentic relations. It’s a moment to stop being "buffers for the system" and start becoming its architects. This meetup is for those who feel that modern professionalism isn’t just about a set of skills—it’s about the courage to stay human in a process-driven world. We are here to explore what happens when we drop the masks, stop racing against machines, and start investing in what cannot be automated: our unique identity, our sanity, and our market wisdom.

1. Elise Alvarez Slaska | ABB - "You are more than your role: Why your best work comes from outside of it”
We often think about professional growth in terms of courses, skills, and clearly defined career paths. We focus on what we should learn next, what certification to take, or what competency to build. But what if the most valuable things we bring to work come from somewhere else?
In this talk, Elise will share how her experiences outside of work, from creative hobbies and sports to cultural exploration and continuous learning, have shaped the way she communicates, connects with others and approaches challenges in her day-to-day work.
It’s a story about curiosity, experimentation and staying open to new experiences. And about why doing “more than your job” can, in the end, make you better at it.Elise is a Global Project Manager at ABB with a background in Business Linguistics and Psychology in Management. She combines knowledge in UX design, process optimization and stakeholder engagement with strong communication and analytical skills. Her experience spans web design, training and project management, with a focus on improving usability and driving continuous improvement in global, cross-functional environments. She combines analytical thinking with creativity to bridge the gap between people and technology, enabling more seamless and efficient digital experiences. Creativity plays an important role in her professional perspective, inspired by her passion for art, which further enrich her problem-solving and innovation mindset.
2. Krzysztof Górski | Grupa Pracuj - Your Market Value in 2026: What Actually Makes You Hard to Replace
In a rapidly changing job market, many professionals believe they understand what makes them valuable. But the reality is often very different.
Based on real-world insights from working with clients at Grupa Pracuj, this session explores what truly drives employability and career resilience today.
Instead of focusing on trends alone, this talk bridges two perspectives: what candidates believe matters — and what employers actually look for.
You will learn:- what really influences your market value in 2026
- which skills increase your resilience in an uncertain job market
- how to assess your own position using a simple, practical framework
Krzysztof Górski: Senior Sales & Business Development Expert / Trainer Grupa Pracuj
Krzysztof is someone who has been observing the Polish labor market from the front row for the past 17 years - from the perspective of the Grupa Pracuj. But before diving into the world of HR tech, he spent three years at RMF FM radio, learning how to craft messages that truly resonate with people.
He studied economics, journalism, law, and management - not one after another, but simultaneously. The result? He can speak both with software developers and PR teams, translating business strategies into language that’s also accessible to those outside the C-suite.
He enjoys projects that require time, patience, and thinking in terms of months rather than weeks. His superpowers? Connecting hard data with market context and turning it into stories that make sense - both to executives and journalists.
If you’re looking for someone who understands what’s happening in the job market, grasps technology, and can talk about it in a way that won’t put you to sleep - you’ve just found him.3. Paulina Oleś | Capgemini - The Human ROI: Because Your Sanity is Not a Corporate Resource
Whether you're in HR, sales, or sitting in the boardroom, we all tend to fall into the same trap: we treat our energy like an infinite line of credit until the system finally says "declined." We’ve mastered the art of managing "Resources", but we often forget that beneath the senior titles and professional masks, we are all wired exactly the same. We struggle with the same need for agency, the same search for meaning, and the same frustration when logic is traded for empty rituals. Join me for a session that is part-reality check, part-investigative journey into the "Happiness Equation." We’ll dive into the serious world of mental health and organizational sense-making, but we’ll do it with a healthy dose of perspective and a bit of a laugh (because if we don't laugh, we’ll just end up crying over a spreadsheet). We’ll explore the real price of ‘getting worked up’ over things outside our control and how radical common sense can help us all reclaim our impact. This is a call to stop being a buffer for the system and start investing in the only ROI that truly lasts - our own humanity.Paulina Oleś | L&D Manager, Human ROI Advocate, Wellbeing for Leaders Trainer
Paulina is a psychologist, people manager, and trainer who has spent nearly a decade bridging the gap between psychology and corporate reality. With over 8 years in HR leading recruitment and L&D teams, she practices what she preaches, focusing on a servant leadership model where empathy, autonomy, and shared responsibility are at the core of success.
She is a fierce advocate for the Human ROI - the belief that we are the most important part of any system, and that neglecting our agency and resilience is simply the most expensive mistake an organization can make. As a certified Mental Toughness consultant and a Chief Wellbeing Officer, Paulina uses her background to move beyond typical corporate rituals. She focuses on building environments where first-line managers can lead with a human face, high emotional intelligence, and radical common sense.
In her work, Paulina combines her love for brain-friendly experimental learning with a psychologist’s insight into stress management and habits building. She believes that in an era of constant change, our most powerful tool is not a new process, but our own mindset. Whether she is designing wellbeing workshops or speaking on stage, her mission is simple: to stop the cycle of being a "corporate sponge" and start investing in the only asset that truly lasts - our own humanity.Event Details:
