Baby back ribs to die for! A little bit of heaven on earth. We start at 9 am, review the recipe, and review the process. Each participant will prepare a rack of ribs - which starts with preparing the rub. After rubbing the meat, we will fire up the smoker, as we review the components of the smoker. Once the smoker is ready, the meat will go into the smoker. We will prepare a tomato based BBQ sauce which we will use on the ribs when we wrap them for the final portion of smoking. Each participant will take home a bottle of his BBQ sauce. We can break until it is time to wrap, and break again until the ribs are ready. I will call you back when it is time to remove the ribs from the smoker, and you can go home with a wonderful rack of ribs for dinner.
The cost is $50 for basic participation, or $57 for participation along with a soft copy of my cookbook (which includes the rib recipe). Please make your payment when you RSVP using paypal friends and family payed to larryhendler@comcast.net.
