How it be to bring calm to your day?

As the sun sets, let's review your day.
Did you make more choices of fear or of love? It matters, as our choices determine our consequences.

Self Mastery ABCs is the first class of a series held for weekly sessions. It is designed to support you to raise your baseline for how you do and are in everyday life.

In class you learn about and " run through " a sample routine which you can use to begin your day. Building a routine of daily clearing and protection of your energy system allows you to be steady and calm in "eye of the storm".

With practice, you can become increasingly more able to clear the energy you are taking in from or sending out to others or yourself.
This is a big step forward in mastering how to live with more love.
