We are very excited to open 2025 with mastering engineer Joe Buchan, aka Other Joe. Joe will guide us through his mastering approach, with mastering techniques using native Ableton plugins, comparing with third party mastering options.
This is a highly-requested topic, so we're anticipating a full room. Please register via the link above!
Our staple segment Track Feedback will be happening too, so get your submissions in now on Discord.

Ableton User Group Narrm/Melbourne acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we gather, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung. We also acknowledge the neighbouring Kulin Nation groups, the Boonwurrung and Bunurong people, and pay our respects to elders, past and present.
This is a user-run community site and not officially
administered by Ableton AG, Inc or KK.
Entry is free, and we welcome all attendees no matter what level of experience you have with Ableton Live. The user group is a chance to meet, connect, share knowledge, get feedback, and hang out with our community of Narrm-based music-makers.
We're excited about our partnership with Arts Centre Melbourne's ‘The Channel’, who generously offer us their space, which is part of the Hamer Hall complex on the Yarra River, just a couple of minutes walk from Flinders Street Station in the CBD.
Ableton User Group Melbourne is part of Arts Centre Melbourne’s Frequency program, alongside Next in Audio (presented by Heck Media).
