Here is what we cover. What Claude actually is, how to set it up in 5 minutes, and where it genuinely helps versus where it falls short. Then we test real tasks submitted by people in the room — writing, research, email, planning, whatever you bring. You will see live what works, what needs a small adjustment, and what is not ready yet. In the last 15 minutes, everyone gets to try it themselves on their phone or laptop.
