Volunteer Day at Safe Place Animal Rescue and Sanctuary

Safe Place Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is having a volunteer day on May 31st from 10:00-2:00. We will be doing some spring cleaning as well as improvements to help the animals including adding gutters to feed the pigs mud puddle, clean up the pen in the pig corral to move Oscar and Pixie (pigs) to their new space), and prepping the garden to grow some veggies for the animals. Lunch will be served and breaks offered to visit the foster dog Barbie and her 8 puppies, the first residents of the Puppy Casita.
