They have tons of vegan options including Vevan vegan cheese and Impossible crumbles, Tindle chikn & Just Egg. Their red & green chile is vegan. They can make vegan tacos, burritos, stuffed sopapillas, enchiladas, nachos, frito pie, tamales, loaded fries etc. Plus they have vegan avocado chile rellenos & even Vegan Huevos Rancheros. Their sopapillas are vegan also (ask for the cinnamon sugar shaker or agave). Their sides of whole beans, refried beans, rice, fried potatoes & french fries are vegan too. They also currently have Vegan Posole, a seasonal specialty!
