Thursday is the Vegan Cooking Demo & Booking Signing.

Friday is the Vegan Dinner & Book Signing. Both events are FREE but must pre-register to attend.

Both are hosted by Dr. Ruby Lathon of the all vegan food truck, Ruby Reds.
