New name, same group of Outstanding Women!

It's gonna be 2026 soon! Have you cultivated your chosen family yet? Many of us are non-native New Mexicans, and we are looking for ways to make strong connections in this digital age. We know from experience that it all starts with building community with girlfriends. With over 600 members, you're bound to make some lasting friendships!

BoSo = Books and Social

Our events include discussing fiction & non-fiction literature, lunches & brunches, coffee dates, hikes & walks, and cultural & nature outings.

We are LGBTQIA2S+ friendly.

Participants should come with an open mind and willingness to hear new and different perspectives. Please always remember to treat others with respect and kindness. Looking forward to connecting with other womxn in Albuquerque!

If you want to host some events, please let one of our Organizers know. It's a great way to do the things you would have already done, but with friends!

Note 1: Because of the increase in fake profiles and because it really helps us to know who to look for at events, we will now only be accepting profiles with photos and legitimate-appearing accounts.

Note 2: We track no-shows and reserve the right to remove people who no-show.

Note 3: Our membership dues are set for every October ($300 ish), so if you attend events and enjoy the opportunities they bring, consider supporting us!
