Winter is here. But nice season to train for a strong body and will.

I personally preparing for the coming Stockholm Marathon in May 2026. I take this event as a Long Slow Distance training and enjoy the fun of running together with friends. The pace would be around 6 minutes or slower. The distance would be 10k.

But no worry about pace and distance. The key point is move forward together and have some fun.
