Arrival & Timing
Our doors close strictly at 10:05 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have plenty of time to sign your waiver, find a spot, and settle onto your mat.
What to Bring
You don’t need to worry about gear! We provide mats, blocks, and towels for all students. Just wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily.
