### Topic :From Idea to Production: Building Sovereign Architectures with Agentic AI
**Speaker :**Walid Shaari
Senior AWS Solutions Architect and GenAI Ambassador, Cloud-native Janitor, Red Hat Accelerator,Ex AWS Container Hero, AWS x6,CKA, CKS, CKAD, Kubestronaut,RHCA
Agentic AI is evolving rapidly, with new coding agents, platforms, tools, and services appearing almost every week. However, successful architecture is not about chasing every new tool. It is about selecting the right tool for the problem and applying it through a consistent, reusable methodology.
In this live technical session, we will demonstrate the complete journey from an initial idea to a production-ready architecture using AI-assisted engineering and established AWS architectural practices.
The session will cover:
- Ideation: Working Backwards using the PR/FAQ approach
- Prototyping: Spec-Driven Development with coding agents
- Architecture Review: Applying the AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Decision Validation: Documenting key choices through Architectural Decision Records
- Deployment: Exploring ECS Express, ECS Anywhere, and Amazon EKS with Karpenter
We will examine two practical use cases.
### Use Case 1: Sovereign Container Deployment
The same containerised application will be deployed across three different environments:
- Cloud-sovereign architecture
- On-premises sovereign architecture
- GPU-sovereign architecture
The deployment models will be compared side by side to highlight their architectural, operational, scalability, and sovereignty trade-offs.
### Use Case 2: Energy Industry Architecture
A practical energy-sector use case will demonstrate how regulatory requirements, operational constraints, security, data residency, and business priorities influence architectural decisions.
The main theme connecting both use cases is:
Data sovereignty is becoming a major driver of architecture decisions across the Middle East.
The AI agent accelerates research, development, and documentation. The architect remains responsible for evaluating trade-offs and making the final decision. Architectural Decision Records preserve the reasoning behind those decisions for future teams.
Join us for a practical, live session focused on real architecture, repeatable engineering methods, and production-ready deployment patterns.
