Welcome to the first Abu Dhabi Quality Engineering Meetup.
Quality engineering in the region has changed considerably in the last few years. Teams have moved from manual regression suites to continuous delivery, and now to AI agents that write, run and triage tests. There are a lot of people in Abu Dhabi solving these problems in isolation. This meetup exists so they can compare notes.
For the first session we're keeping the format simple:
- Doors open and informal networking
- Welcome and what this community is for
- Talk 1: [title, speaker, affiliation]
- Talk 2: [title, speaker, affiliation]
- Open floor: what should we cover next, and who wants to speak
- More networking
Who should come
QA and test engineers, SDETs, developers who own their own testing, SREs and platform engineers, engineering and delivery managers, and anyone curious about where quality engineering is heading.
What to expect
Two short talks, plenty of discussion and no sales decks. Bring questions, bring problems you're stuck on, and bring a colleague.
