AI is changing work faster than most job descriptions are changing. So what does that actually mean for your career?

This community is for working professionals who want to understand how AI is changing the way organizations think about roles, skills, productivity and people, without turning it into another AI tools workshop.

Every two months, we’ll meet for practical, honest conversations about what’s changing inside organizations, which parts of our work may be automated or redesigned, which human capabilities are becoming more valuable, and where our individual career gaps and opportunities may be.

You’ll have the opportunity to assess your own role, look at your tasks and capabilities differently, and leave with greater clarity on what to build, what AI can take over, and where you need to work alongside AI.
