A WEEK in Morro Bay, CA, LAND EVENT

It’s that time of the year, Spring, where everything is blooming in California, especially the California Poppies. We are headed back to Morro Bay for our annual trip. Gary has graciously opened his beach home to ABU.

Everyone will fly or DRIVE to Morro Bay (airports are San Luis Obispo or Santa Maria). A large van will be rented and we will co-house in Gary’s beach house. Please know you WILL be sharing a bed and/or a room with a fellow Mofo. The last person gets the couch or floor. Room choices are done in the order of pay. Fee remains the same. If you have NOT yet completed a minimum 4-night land trip with ABU by the time this event happens you may NOT co-house with ABU. Gary has chosen two very close hotels to his home that you may stay in. Once you have done this and not caused any drama to the group, going forward you may co-house with fellow members.

This trip will encase: Beach walks, HIKES, shopping, sand dunes, eating in secret local spots, mineral springs, going to farms, wine country, boating, and much much more. You need to be able to walk at least 5 miles in a day since most of our event will have a lot of walking and/or hiking involved. THIS IS A HIKING EVENT!

$600 is due at time of RSVPing. Part of your money goes to Gary for your housing, vehicle rental, gas, reservations for activities. An itemized breakdown will be kept and money may be owed when it’s all said and done OR a refund if not all used. BUT once the money has been sent to where it needs to go there are NO REFUNDS whatsoever. DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS APRIL 1st.
