Join us for a nourishing session of meditation, self-love, and socializing.

☔ Due to the weather, the event will take place indoors in a cozy rain-protected space.

We’ll start with a short introduction circle, explore how to create more love and comfort in our daily lives, and transition into a guided meditation focused on relaxation and self-compassion. At the end of the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experience and socialize freely with like-minded people.
