As the sun begins to set, we’ll come together to breathe deeply, settle into stillness, and soak in the beauty of the evening light. This is a gentle, beginner-friendly space open to anyone seeking relaxation, reflection, or simply a moment of calm. You do not need any experience with meditation to attend or participate.
What to Expect:
-Somatic practice and grounding breathwork
-Guided meditation as the sun sets
-Restorative sound healing to deepen relaxation
-Optional sharing circle and intention setting
-Time to connect with community or remain in quiet presence
What to Bring:
-A blanket, cushion, or yoga mat to sit on
-Layers in case it gets cool
-Water or tea
We’ll be meeting at the west end of the park to get the best view of the sunset.
